The Meadows at Riverbend is a single family community of homes designed for first-time and move-up buyers. This small lot community was recognized locally and nationally for innovative design. Houses were designed to resemble traditional New England vernacular styles common to the area. Square footages start at 1200 and go to 2300 SF.
