This 98-unit, active adult community located in Greensboro, NC featured single-level floor plans built in four-plex configurations. Two models were ranch only and two models included a second floor loft. Plans ranged from 1700-2700 SF. Exteriors included full brick veneer on all sides. Pictured are one building with single level "through" floor plans and one four unit building with second floor lofts.
