Belmont Park is a 205 unit townhouse community with buildings sited around a central green and other open space amenities. The three models ranged from 1638 to 1742 SF and all included an attached one car garage and three bedrooms. Two of the three units had first floor master bedrooms. Elevations had varied roof lines and materials to distinguish the models from one another and reinforce individual ownership.
