These single family homes were part of the Wainwright Collection within the greater Bedford master planned community. The 6 models ranged from 2500 - 4500 SF and were Energy-Star certified. Some models had walk-out basements and/or walk-up attics. Each model had three elevation alternates to ensure a varied street scene. Some models were built as semi-customs per the buyer's preferences.
