This resort community borders the Chesapeake Bay on the scenic Eastern Shore of Virginia. Custom homes are generally cape type designs with a first floor primary bedroom and additional bedrooms and open loft spaces on the second floor. All models are subject to strict design review by the association to maintain quality designs.
