Coventry Pointe includes 107 townhouses on 15 acres in historic Chester County. Two plans with a garage were offered along with one without in order to relieve the streetscape. Plans ranged from 1,480 to 1,933 square feet and included third floor lofts and walk-out basements. Elevations featured stone and stucco accents found in the local Chester County architecture.
