These townhouses were built in a new "agrihood" in North Raleigh. Two product types were included, a three-story with alley fed garages on the ground floor, and two-story with alley fed detached garages. Plans ranged from 1700-2000 SF. The three-story versions have generous decks in the rear while the two-story townhouses have patios and yards leading to the detached garages. The neighborhood has an agricultural theme with community gardens and greenhouses as part of the open space.
