This 48-unit community of duplex homes features single-level floor plans which range from 1350-1640 square feet. Each model includes a two-car garage and optional screened porch. Footprints ranged from 33-38 feet in width and 65 feet in depth. Some models offered an optional second floor loft with a bath. Garages were alternatively front and side-loaded on each building to reduce the impact of garage doors on the street view of the homes.
