This site is planned for a series of 28 duplexes and six detached homes. Each twin home ranged from 25 to 35 feet in width and 42 feet in depth. Square footages started at 1700 and went to around 2200 square feet. All models has a one car garage and some models had a two-car garage, and garages on several models were alley-loaded.
