Summerhill Infill Houses

Location: Atlanta, GA
Client: Bank of America CDC

This inner city neighborhood is being revitalized with new infill houses. Some are being built on a lot-by-lot basis, such as the Terry Street Houses, others are planned as a grouping of new homes along with a central amenity, such as Orchard Court. The goal is to develop a mixed-income community with houses available at varied prices. Pictured here are plans that range from 1,600 SF to 2,500 SF.
