These three story townhouse designs are near the new Town Center of Virginia Beach. The two models ranged from 1700 - 1800 square feet and have alley access to one car garages, while the front elevations are close to the street and sidewalks. Visitor parking is in front in parallel parking spaces. Inside the 3 bedroom units have a full width deck in the rear of the plan off the living or dining rooms, which varies based on the plan options. All units are 22 feet wide and consistent materials on the entry elevation help define the units to reinforce ownership and identity.
